Contest Rules 2010
Bass Pecan Company Recipe Contest Rules
The contest begins on January 1st of each year and goes through December 31st. Recipes can be entered through out each year with the Grand Prize winner being chosen after the end of each contest. All recipes entered in the Bass Pecan Recipe Contest must contain pecans as one ingredient.
1. Entry:
No purchase is necessary.
Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Enter as often as you like but only one entry may qualify as a winner. One winner per household.
Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Bass Pecan Company will not be responsible for misdirected mail.
All entries become the property of Bass Pecan Company. Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, publish, and otherwise use the recipe in any way without compensation. Entry must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

2. Eligibility:
Contest is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bass Pecan Company or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.
3. Judging:
Recipes will be judged on taste, originality, feasibility and appearance. Overall winning recipe will be selected by our entire management staff.
4. Prizes:
A feature recipe will be chosen weekly and will be highlighted on our website. This recipe entrant will receive a free one pound bag of our natural mammoth halves. We will mail the pecans to the address supplied by the entrant. At the end of each annual contest, one winner will be chosen as the Grand Prize Winner. This contestant will receive the grand prize of $1000. The winner will be notified within one month of the closing date of the contest and may be featured on our website. A check made payable to the entrant will be mailed shortly after notification. A recipe does not have to be one of our weekly featured recipes in order to be considered for the Grand Prize.
